NEXposture Warranty and Returns

This limited warranty applies to purchases of NEXposture products and covers defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not apply to defects resulting from misuse, damage or abuse, normal wear and tear, accident, modification, electrical stress, power fluctuations, improper installation or maintenance, third party materials or if a date code tag, product sticker, seal or the like, that was applied by the manufacturer has been removed or altered.

This warranty is for original purchasers and is not transferable. Each warranty claim must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase and submitted and accompanied with a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA). Please complete the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and submit. We will then provide you with an authorized RGA number.

The warranty time period begins on the delivery date for all products. Applicable warranty time periods are based on one 8-hour shift per day usage, and warranty time periods are adjusted and shortened proportionally for any multiple shift or excess usage.

During the warranty period, NEXposture, will, at its option, repair or replace any defective product with a comparable product or component. This limited warranty is for repair or replacement of defective products only and does not cover any other costs such as removal, installation, labor or other related expenses. 

NEXposture's Five (5) Year Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty and Return Policy

NEXposture covers all of its products and their components for a period of five (5) years.
If we ask, you must return the defective product to us. For warranty claims made during the first two years after purchase, we will pay shipping costs for the returned product and for the replacement product; after the second year, you must pay the shipping costs for the replacement product and product that we ask you to return. The warranty period on replacement products and/or components is the remainder of the warranty period for the original period on the original product, or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE ONLY WARRANTY FOR THE PRODUCTS AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED (some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts).

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE SOLE REMEDY AVAILABLE WITH REGARD TO ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS. NEXPOSTURE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO THE PURCHASER OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARRISING FROM ANY PRODUCT DEFECT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE, PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, LOST PROFITS OR OTHER ECONOMIC INJURY (some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages)

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any action arising out of our relating to this warranty shall be brought in any federal or state court located in the State of Michigan and having jurisdiction of the subject matter.

Damaged by Carrier or Missing in Transit

If your item arrives damaged or is missing parts, please notify us immediately by completing the contact form on the Contact Us page. After delivery, we are only allowed 48 hours to file a claim. We require photos or video of the damaged item(s) and damaged packaging in order for us to file claim with the carrier. We will help obtain your required replacements as quickly as possible at no extra cost to you.

Free 30-Day Return Policy

Not sure if a particular NEXposture item is right for you? First, please reach out to us for a complimentary ergonomic consultation. It can take up to three weeks to get used to working in new work postures, and we'd love to provide helpful tips to ensure your furniture is working optimally for you. 

If your still not sure, don’t worry, we offer a no risk, 30-day, 100% refund policy for any “as new” product to ensure you’re completely satisfied – just pay for return shipping! The "as-new" product must be free of damage, scratches, dents, missing components etc..

If you plan on ordering more than one (1) of a particular item, we recommend ordering just one initially to ensure you are satisfied before ordering the rest. For the Free 30-Day Return Policy, we do not accept returns of orders that exceed a quantity of one of the same item.

Products must be returned in their original shipping carton(s), so please make sure to hold on to them. After the initial 30-day risk free trial period, a refund will no longer be available.

Just complete Return Goods Authorization (RGA) and we'll send you a RGA number for the return.

Non-refundable exceptions to the 30-day return policy include:

  • Any costs associated with assembly, installation and/or disassembly of product(s)
  • Initial expedited shipping costs (i.e. 2 day shipping) 
  • Custom or made-to-order laminate/wood tops, special paint colors, etc.; you may return        all other non-custom products from your order 
  • Shipping costs beyond the contiguous 48 states  

NEXPosture Warranty and Returns: Order Cancellations or Changes

Please let us know immediately if you decide to cancel or change your order. If you need to change or cancel your order that has not shipped, please complete the contact form on the Contact Us page and submit. If the item has already shipped, please receive the order upon receipt and complete the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) form and submit.

We will then supply you with an authorized RGA number for return. Custom or special orders with longer lead times are subject to a 40% cancellation fee if the manufacturing process has begun prior to cancellation.
