NEXposture Shipping Policy

Our goal is to deliver your new NEXposture products as quickly as possible. The information below outlines our process in doing so.

General Shipping Information

• All NEXposture products ship for free anywhere within the contiguous United States.
• We generally ship within 10 business days for 3 desks or less after receipt of order. Please contact us for lead times for quantities greater than 3 desks.
• UPS ground shipping usually takes 2-5 days to deliver to most areas (refer to map below). 
• We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
• Please see the information below when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.
• You will receive a tracking number when your order ships; after receipt of your tracking number, it may take the carrier additional time to upload delivery information.
• NEXposture desk products ship in multiple packages and may arrive on separate days. 

Shipping to Your Home or business Address?

Home – UPS does not require a signature to deliver.

Business – You will need to be present at the time of delivery. Please monitor the tracking information to understand when delivery will occur. If you would like to change the delivery location, please notify us as soon as possible through our Contact Us form.

Personalized shipping requests - Please contact us through our Contact Us form if you would like to identify specific delivery dates or times, or if you would like hold or redirect packages. Please see UPS delivery times below.

Keep in mind, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed as delays may occur due to weather, carrier delays or other events that we have no control over. 

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii - Your shipping cost is the cost to ship to your state minus standard shipping costs to ship within the contiguous United States. To obtain a quote for freight delivery to Hawaii or Alaska, please contact us at Contact Us form.

Shipments to Canada - Your shipping cost is the cost to ship to your state minus standard shipping cost within the contiguous United States. To obtain a quote for freight deliver for Canada, please contact us at Contact Us.
Shipping costs will include all duties and taxes with no added surprise fees. Orders may require an added one-to-two days of processing prior to shipping. Bulk orders may require additional freight; we will contact you to determine the best method of shipment.

International Shipments - We ship our furniture throughout the United States, but not internationally due to the extensive costs to ship heavy, extra large cartons beyond the U.S.. We can, however, ship product for free to a freight forwarder (i.e. www.myus.com) in the contiguous 48 states. Please contact us at Contact Us form for additional information.

NEXposture Shipping Policy: Want Your Shipment Even Faster?

After manufacturing, we can ship your products to arrive next-day or second-day. You will only pay the difference between shipping standard ground within the contiguous United States and the selected type of expedited shipping. Please contact us at Contact Us form for additional information.
